Achieved the process of Art therapy, including verbal and non-verbal diagnostic, treatment and coaching through artistic mediums. In the program, Anthroposophical methods and traditional western methods were combined.

Offering classes and workshops for expressive drawing and painting to lead participants to discover art as a creative tool where they can experience clarity, creativity and life through art.

2008-Present Innovation hot shop participant. Developing innovative leather concepts for ECCO Leather to be used as an inspiration for new collections. Dongen, NL

2004- Present: Creative team building and art diagnostics workshops for Personal Development Program within Masters and MBA program at University in Rotterdam. Incl. academic theories.

1990 - Present: active as fine artist and painter selling work to private individuals and through galleries.

Facilitated art therapy groups for psychosomatic patients. Diagnosis of artwork with client feedback and discussion. Further facilitated these groups with custom therapeutic assignments.

Professional fine artist; drawing, painting, cast and fused glass. Work primarily sold at galleries. Expressive painting and teambuilding classes to individuals in the studio.

2006: Art Therapist-Internship training, British school of Amsterdam, Amsterdam,NL
Developed an art therapy program for children of 6 to 8 years old. Taught after school program for self development through art. Coached students age 9 to 14 through their process.

1993-2001: Senior Industrial Designer / Member of Technical Staff, Lucent Technologies, formerly AT&T, Industrial Design Center, New Jersey, USA.
2000: Manager Industrial Design Center EMEA, Hilversum Initiated office and department.
Design responsibilities: Product (hand held consumer products, mid size indoor and outdoor pole and wall mounted products, larger wireless infrastructure equipment). Exhibit (booths ranging 10 by 10 feet up to 100 by 130 feet). Pen and marker concepts, 2-D and 3-D computer generated renderings, foam, clay and paper scale models. Color research, human factors and ergonomic problem solving. Control drawings, product graphics. Client and vendor coordination.
